Four plans. Doers pay - viewers never do.

sneck charges per seat for the people who close work. Read-only viewers and project guests are free on every plan, forever - that's not a promo, it's the pricing model.

The always-free floor: every plan - Free included - carries unlimited members, unlimited read-only viewers, and unlimited project guests at $0. A seat is a doer (owner, admin, or member); the moment someone only needs to watch, they stop costing anything. Invite the whole company to read.

Questions worth answering plainly

SSO at the Team tier - really?

Really. SSO (OIDC) ships on Team at $8/doer/month - no "enterprise" gate, no demo call, no procurement dance. Some trackers hold SSO hostage five price tiers up; we think login is table stakes the moment a company has an IdP. SCIM provisioning and enforced SSO arrive at Pro and Enterprise.

What happens when Free hits its caps?

Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. At 250 issues, one team, or three custom fields, Free simply stops growing - creating the next one shows a calm note pointing here. Upgrade and it continues mid-sentence; the audit trail (Team+) records the change.

What exactly is a doer seat?

Owners, admins, and members - everyone who writes. Seats true-up to reality: checkout starts at your current doer count, never fewer, and Stripe's portal manages quantity from there. Viewers and guests are never seats.

Can I change plans later?

Any time - Stripe's customer portal handles upgrades, seat counts, and cancellation. Downgrading re-applies the lower tier's caps on the next write; data is never deleted, only growth pauses where the plan says.

What's single-tenant?

Enterprise can run sneck as a dedicated deployment - its own database and boundary, license-key activated, with 1-year (configurable) audit retention, enforced SSO, and SCIM. Same product, your metal.

Is the API free?

The REST API and MCP server are on paid tiers - agents file issues like teammates, and like teammates they need a plan with a seat. The local-first board, keyboard flows, and viewers stay free.
